My first OC ever ~!!@@!#%#%^&$ 
Her nickname is Hika-Chan, and this is only her head, I might add a full drawing later on..
Took me 1 day to draw her O: All thanks to other DA members who posted eye tutorials and such !
I'd love if you give me feedback about this character :D
Try not going too harsh though XD
P.S. I know the hair is kinda messed up.. any tips ?

i hope this is not too harsh ;v;
for the hair, i suggest to not make it that "stiff"
make the edges loose and just do a little flick at the end
im sure you now what i mean ////right??  //shot

and thats about it ovo the face is good already

one day, challenge yourself to fit her in a detailed dress (ex. ruffles and stuff) it helps you to improve faster and work on details easier!
